You used a picture that is not yours to do this it is a picture taken by * sweetanddeadly (fieldy) and she didn't give you permission to use it.
Taking someone else's work and manipulating it does not make it yours. Apart from disrespectful, it is illegal. There is something called copyright law, and everybody has international intellectual rights.

To use someone else's work, if it is not previously specified like in stock, you have to first ask for permission, and second, always, credit them. You did none of those with this, and this is not the first time you use her images.

Actually. I had read on the thread, somewhere - that she didn't mind. They were just photos. But I did send her a pm through the board asking her if i could mess with them, out of my own personal boredom. But possibly it never went through (?) That's happened to me quite a bit - due to my server not wanting to work correctly at times. I had planned on making a post with them, cause I thought maybe she would like to see. I'll gladlygo back & give her credit for her images. I know what its like to have your art stolen, and claimed as someone elses. Its happened to me with my writings, and it was complete hell for me to have the situation dealt with and fixed. Thank you for bringing it to my attention though - it had completely slipped my mind.
